Meet the Staff

ND&S believes professionally trained, onsite staff is an important factor in ensuring positive maintenance and management practices. For those projects that are not large enough to support onsite, full-time manager and maintenance personnel, ND&S staff establish regular hours that the property manager will be available onsite to meet with tenants, inspect units and ensure all work tickets are addressed.

    Michele Duffe // Principal

    Michele Duffe has been actively involved in urban real estate for 35 years.  Ms. Duffe has served as the Executive Director of the City of St. Louis’ Land Reutilization Authority and the St. Louis Development Corporation’s Real Estate Division.  In 1998 Ms. Duffe joined The Siedlund Company and also formed Duffe-Nuernberger Realty with Kenneth Nuernberger.  In 2001 Ms. Duffe partnered with Mr. Nuernberger in the formation of ND Consulting Group.

    During her service for the City of St. Louis, Ms. Duffe participated in the marketing and maintenance of over 12,000 tax foreclosed properties, as well as special projects such as the buyout of homes damaged by the 1993 floods, design and legislation of Missouri’s …

      Kenneth Nuernberger // Principal

      Kenneth Nuernberger has been involved in development consulting and real estate development since 1979.  In 1987, Nuernberger formed his own company: The Siedlund Company, and in 2001 he partnered with Michele Duffe to form ND Consulting Group.

      • Susan Tartanian
        Susan TartanianController

        Susan Tartanian joined ND&S in 2013.  As controller she is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial analysis for the ND family of companies.  For the past 30 years she has worked for a variety of St. Louis not-for-profits, most notably as Chief Financial Officer at Life Skills Foundation for 10 years. Susan moved to St. Louis in 1976 in time for the Bicentennial and has made it her home ever since.  She received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Washington University.  Susan served six years as a board member at Shalom House, a shelter for chronically homeless women, and she continues to be an active volunteer. 

        • Keith Jackson
          Keith JacksonArea Property Manager: Alton & Granite City

          Keith Jackson is the manager of 128 LIHTC homes and apartments in Alton, Illinois. He has 17 years maintenance experience and is certified HVAC. Prior to joining ND&S Management Company, Keith was an administrator at an Assisted Living Facility managing tenant intake processing and maintenance.

          • Kelly Wilson
            Kelly WilsonArea Property Manager: Hyde Park & Supportive Housing Management Specialist

            Kelly Wilson has been actively involved in community based mental health services and housing for special needs populations for more than 25 years. Her expertise includes managing neighborhood and tenant relations, designing tenant rules and population specific management materials, working with housing support staff and on site managers, asset management, designing and implementing successful compliance systems and tools, required regulatory documentation, contract renewal, billing, budget development and reporting. She holds the HCM-H HUD Property Management Certification and has passed the HCCP Certification Exam. Kelly supervises 650+ units of LIHTC / Affordable, Market Rate and Special Needs housing across the state.

              Teufik BukvicMaintenance Manager

              Teufik Bukvic (Teo) joined ND& S Management Company in 2012. Under Teo’s supervision, ND&S maintenance staff work as a team with his general guidance. This team analyzes the work-orders, make-readies and routine preventive maintenance. Teo is skilled in all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, brickwork. Teo has very high standards and passes those expectations to the maintenance staff.

                Doreather LampkinProperty Manager

                Doreather Lampkin joined ND&S Management Company in 2014 as a Property Manager in the Hyde Park Office. Doreather began her career in property management as an intern at the St. Louis Housing Authority in 2003. Since then, she has worked for McCormack Baron Ragan Management as a property manager of a number of their developments. She joins ND&S with over 10 years of diverse management experience. Additionally, she is certified as an Assistant Housing Manager (AHC).
